About our files
What do I get when I buy a model?
You get digital 3D printing files (STL and/or 3MF), delivered by instant download. No physical item is shipped: you print the model yourself on your own 3D printer.
Are the files pre-sliced?
No. Our files are STL or 3MF models, not pre-sliced G-code. That is a good thing: you open them in your own slicer and choose the settings for your printer and filament, so they work with almost any printer.
Which 3D printers and slicers can I use?
Our files work with most FDM printers (Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Elegoo, Anycubic and more), and many detailed models also print well on resin printers. Use any slicer that opens STL or 3MF files, such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer.
STL or 3MF: which should I use?
Both work. 3MF can also store colours and print settings, which is great for multi-colour printers. STL works everywhere. Read our guide STL vs 3MF for details.
Do I need supports?
It depends on the model. Most of our flexi (print-in-place) toys need no supports at all. Larger figures, masks and helmets usually need tree supports. Check the product description, and see our guides on printing flexi toys and printing masks and helmets.
How big will the model print? Can I scale it?
Each file prints at its designed size, and you can scale it up or down in your slicer. To see the exact size before printing, open the file in our free online STL viewer. Tip: print flexi toys at 100% first, because scaling them down can make the joints fuse.
Buying & downloading
How do I download my files?
Right after checkout you can download your files from the order confirmation page, your order email, or My Account → Downloads. Step-by-step help and fixes for common problems are in our download guide.
Is there a download limit or expiry?
No. You can download your purchased files as many times as you need, and they never expire.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through PayPal. Depending on your country, PayPal checkout may also let you pay by debit or credit card.
What information do I need to give at checkout?
We need a valid email address to deliver your files and send your receipt, plus the billing details requested at checkout for our order records. We never sell your data: see our Privacy Policy.
Licence & refunds
Can I sell the prints I make?
Our files are for personal use unless the product page clearly says commercial use is allowed. Sharing, reselling or uploading the digital files is never allowed. If you are unsure about a model, contact us before selling.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital downloads, sales are final, but we will always help if something is wrong. If a file is corrupted, incomplete or not the product you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will send a working replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund.
