This Privacy Policy explains how STLFLEX (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit stlflex.com or buy digital files from us.

1. Who we are

stlflex.com is operated by STLFLEX. We are responsible (the “data controller”) for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

  • Account and order data: your name, email address, billing details you enter at checkout, the products you buy and your order history.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
  • Messages: information you send us through the contact form, email or live chat.
  • Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

3. Why we use your data

  • To deliver your purchase: process your order, give you access to your downloads and send order emails (necessary to perform our contract with you).
  • To provide support: answer your questions and resolve download or payment problems (contract / legitimate interest).
  • To keep records: keep invoices and order records as required by tax and accounting laws (legal obligation).
  • To improve and protect the site: understand how the site is used, fix problems and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
  • Marketing: send newsletters or promotions only if you have subscribed, and measure our advertising where you have agreed to cookies (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Your data stays with us

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share the minimum information needed with a few trusted services that help us run the shop safely, for example to process your payment securely, host the website, provide live chat support and send emails you have asked for. These partners are only allowed to use your data to provide their service to us.

Our trusted partners include PayPal (secure payments), Cloudflare and our web host (security and hosting), Google (site statistics), Crisp (live chat) and Mailchimp (newsletter, only if you subscribe). Some of them may store data outside your country, always with appropriate safeguards. We may also share data if required by law.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice records: for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
  • Customer accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.
  • Messages and chat history: only as long as needed to resolve your request.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: according to our Google Analytics data retention settings.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies to keep your cart, log you in and complete checkout. The site cannot work without them.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, WP Statistics) to understand how visitors use the site.
  • Functional cookies for the live chat (Crisp) and to remember your preferences, for example in our free tools.
  • Marketing cookies (Google) to measure the performance of our ads.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies are only used after you give consent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act or Morocco’s Law 09-08), you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • object to or restrict certain uses, including marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use secure HTTPS connections, trusted payment providers and access controls to protect your data. No online service is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
