How to download your files

1. Complete checkout. Your download is available immediately after payment.
2. Download the PDF. Click the download button on the order confirmation page, in your order email, or any time in My Account → Downloads. There is no download limit and your files never expire.
3. Open the PDF and click the download link inside it to get your model files (usually a ZIP containing STL and/or 3MF files).
4. Unzip the folder (right-click → Extract on Windows, double-click on Mac).
5. Open the STL or 3MF file in your slicer (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer…), slice and print!

Download problems?

• The PDF won’t open: use a PDF reader such as your web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview (Mac).
• The link asks you to sign in or shows a quota error: wait a few minutes and try again, or try another browser.
• The ZIP won’t extract: make sure the download finished completely, then try again with 7-Zip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac).
